The CGT Podcast
Learn more about all things CGT and northern Michigan wine making
Since 1974, the O’Keefe family has been dedicated to growing and producing the highest quality wines from the soil of their Old Mission Peninsula home. Now, Chateau Grand Traverse Winery has launched a bi-weekly podcast to keep you informed on everything from winery operations, to grape growing in northern Michigan, wine tasting tips and tricks, and more!
Each episode will include a primary topic for discussion, during which we’ll interview staff and members of the wine industry in northern Michigan, a CGT news segment, and a staff spotlight segment, where we’ll chat with some of your favorite staffers here at CGT!
You can find new episodes of the CGT Podcast here on our site, or on Spotify, Itunes, or Google, and we upload new episodes every other Friday. If you have a topic you would like to hear discussed, questions about a topic we’ve covered, or questions for staff members, feel free to send them to firstname.lastname@example.org or reach out to us via Facebook or Instagram!
We all know October is a busy time on Old Mission Peninsula, with fall colors bursting and harvest in full swing, but what’s happening at the winery in September, during the build up to harvest? In this episode, we dive in with Owner, Eddie O’Keefe, and Assistant Winemaker, Kurtis Berry, to find out!
