Creamy Cheddar Cheese Spread

Ingredients

• 8 ounces cheddar cheese (grated)
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• ¼ cup CGT Pinot Noir Vin Gris
• ¼ teaspoon onion salt
• ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
• 2 teaspoons onion soup mix

Directions

Mix all ingredients together until smooth.  For thinner dip, add more wine.
