This year\, the experience centers around a four-course prix fixe menu\, thoughtfully paired with Chateau Grand Traverse wines. Settle into the tasting room lounge while Chef Keil takes you from bright\, seasonal flavors to French-inspired comfort food and an indulgent finish—all accompanied by wines selected to bring each course to life. The Four-Course Menu Roasted Beet Salad — apples\, arugula\, candied walnuts\, goat cheese & rosé vinaigretteCreamy Tomato Soup — served with a mini grilled cheeseClassic Beef Bourguignonne — the French classic made famous by Julia ChildBananas Foster Cheesecake — a decadent finish to the afternoon And because every good fall tradition deserves a little something to remember it by\, each ticket includes a complimentary Corks Over Camo tee—our version of a finisher’s shirt\, without the running.
