Inside the cellar\, guests taste through tank and barrel samples\, offering a rare look at wines in development and the decisions that shape structure\, balance\, and ageability. \nThe journey concludes in The Club Room\, an intimate\, private venue set within the foundation of our boutique Inn and accessed through a hidden bookcase passage. Here\, guests gather around a shared table for a seated\, comparative tasting featuring a curated flight of European and estate wines poured side by side.
