This role is designed for 18 to 20 year olds who want a great summer job, strong pay, and real-world hospitality experience, even if they are not yet old enough to serve wine. Join the tasting room guest experience crew at Chateau Grand Traverse and spend your summer working among vineyards, meeting people from all over, and being part of a fun, fast-paced crew instead of being stuck indoors behind a typical counter.

You’ll earn a competitive hourly wage and excellent in-season tips, with responsibilities focused on guest support and teamwork rather than alcohol service.

No wine knowledge needed. No winery experience required. If you are reliable, friendly, and enjoy working with people, we will train you.

What You’ll Do

Help keep the tasting room running smoothly during busy days by welcoming guests, helping with seating and flow, clearing and resetting tables, restocking glassware and merchandise, and supporting the tasting room team as needed. You will work closely with tasting room and culinary staff to keep service moving and guests happy.
