TASTING NOTES

With light acidity, marvelous tropical, citrus and starfruit qualities, this off-dry style white wine will liven any great meal. Mouth-watering flavors of crisp apple and key lime zest team up with ripe green melon and Asian pear making an ideal match with delicate fare such as Sashimi, salads, lighter meats or any seafood.

WINEMAKER NOTES

We carefully selected and handpicked the grapes for this wine, which were then traditionally pressed and the juice was cold settled. After inoculating with yeast, we slowly fermented entirely in stainless steel at a very cool temperature to enhance the fruit esters and preserve the varietal aromatics. It was aged in 100% cool, stainless steel for 8 months. The result is a refreshing, tropical fruit-packed wine with a medium-bodied finish bursting with citrus and lively acidity.
