50% deposit plus 6% tax is required to book and guarantee your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon check-in. Please click here to check availability and make a reservation online. You may also call the winery at 231-938-6120 to make a reservation over the phone.
Yes. If you are a CGT Wine Club Member, please call the winery at 231-938-6120 to make your reservation with an additional discount. For more information about Wine Club benefits and discounts, click here.
If you have a paper gift certificate issued prior to January 20, 2015, please call the winery to make your reservation. If you have an electronic gift certificate, issued after January 20, 2015, you may use it as your payment method to book online anytime.
A $25 administration fee will be charged for all cancellations, with a forfeiture of the full deposit for reservations cancelled within 14 days of check-in. The Inn may refund the forfeited deposit, less the $25 administration fee, if we re-book your reserved room.
The Inn is restricted to adult guests of 21 years of age or older. As a courtesy to other guests, the common areas are for the use of registered guests only.
For the safety of all guests, pets of any kind are not allowed at The Inn or in a parked vehicle on the property.
Please check-in at our Main Office when arriving Monday through Friday. The Main Office is located on the opposite end of the building from the tasting room. Check in is from 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. If you arrive on Saturday or Sunday, please check in at our Tasting Room.
If you are going to be checking in after 5PM, please call ahead to let us know. We can certainly accommodate late check-ins, providing you make prior arrangements.
You will be charged for the balance on your room at check-in.
Please check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and a late check-out fee may apply.
The Inn at CGT caters to an adult-only clientele, offering a peaceful and relaxed setting. We are not a hotel, nor can we be considered a traditional B&B. With modern finishes and decor, The Inn creates an inviting ambiance with all the comforts of home.
The Inn offers six unique guest rooms that are equally equipped.
We offer 2 King Bed rooms as well as 4 Queen Bed rooms.
The Inn’s kitchen is not available for guest use. We do offer a microwave and refrigerator in each room for basic needs.
We have a garage at the Inn where guests can make arrangements to store their gear.
We do not have a designated parking area for large vehicles or trailers. However, we can usually accommodate such vehicles if you make arrangements in advance.
Absolutely! We are happy to accommodate most guest requests. Please call in advance to arrange any such needs.
Yes. Our vineyards offer beautiful views of the countryside and West Grand Traverse Bay, and we invite you to enjoy the scenery up-close. Since we are a farm, we ask that you check with us in advance to make sure the area is safe from sprays or moving equipment.
Yes. Our Inn guests can enjoy complimentary tastings and an additional 5% discount in our Tasting Room. At certain times, we may also offer a special tasting of certain wines.
If guests wish to bring their own alcohol beverages, we ask that you store and consume them in your room only.
The Inn is equipped with an automatic backup generator to provide basic lighting, heating and plumbing needs.
No. Guests are free to use our complimentary washer and dryer as well as iron and ironing board located in the lower level.
We offer a deluxe self-serve breakfast daily from 7 am-10:30 am in The Inn breakfast room. Guests can enjoy fresh coffee, tea, baked goods, bread, juices, cereals, waffles, and fruit pastries. For more information on Dining Services, please click here.
Yes. Rooms are refreshed each day with fresh towels and linens.
The Inn has keyed-entry access to both the main entrance as well as individual guest rooms. You will be provided with these keys upon check-in.
Yes, we offer an exercise room in our lower level with a treadmill, elliptical, weight machine, yoga mats, and free weights. We also feature a large sauna for guest use. Water, towels and a nearby bathroom with shower are available.
No. Out of respect and security to other guests, the Inn is only available to registered guests.
No. Although we have never had an issue, it is your responsibility to keep track of your valuables.
We regularly have late arrival guests. Arrangements need to be made in advance since we do not have a 24 hour desk.
The Inn can accommodate people with limited mobility with wide doors and ground level entry. Unfortunately, we do not have ADA qualified rooms or bathrooms in the Inn.
Yes. Each guest room is equipped with a phone for local calls only.
Complimentary wireless internet access is available throughout the Inn at CGT.
